1. Scope of Coverage
This Warranty Policy specifically covers technical errors, defects, and bugs within the modification files provided by BIGFIST. Our commitment is to ensure that the products you purchase function as demonstrated in our official showcases.
Coverage includes:
- Fixing broken textures or missing assets within the mod package.
- Resolving script errors that cause instability or crashes during standard usage.
- Updates to ensure compatibility with documented game versions at the time of purchase.
- Functional issues where elements of the mod do not perform as described.
2. Technical Support Guarantee
We provide comprehensive technical support for all valid purchases. If you encounter a bug or technical hurdle, our support team will work to provide a fix or a workaround. Most minor bug fixes are delivered via updates in our Discord community.
3. Warranty Period
The standard warranty coverage for bug fixes extends for 30 days from the date of purchase. During this period, all identified critical bugs will be addressed with high priority. Beyond this period, we continue to provide community updates as part of our long-term maintenance cycles.
4. Exclusions & Limitations
While we strive for perfection, certain factors are beyond our control. The following are not covered under this warranty:
- Game Updates: If a developer (e.g., Rockstar Games) releases a game update that changes core mechanics or file structures, breaking existing mods, this is considered an external event. We will attempt to update our mods accordingly, but this is not guaranteed under the primary warranty.
- Online Bans: Use of modifications in online multiplayer environments (GTA Online, FiveM, etc.) is done at your own risk. We do not warrant against account suspensions or bans.
- Software Conflicts: Compatibility issues with "Third-Party" mods or software not developed by BIGFIST.
- Hardware Issues: Performance problems stemming from insufficient computer hardware.
5. Modification of Files
IMPORTANT: Any attempt to decompile, edit, or modify the source files of a BIGFIST product by the user or a third party will immediately void all warranty coverage. We cannot provide support or bug fixes for files that have been tampered with.
6. Support Process
To report a bug covered under this warranty, please join our official Discord server and open a Support Ticket. You must provide:
- Your Order ID or proof of purchase.
- A clear description of the bug.
- Relevant logs or screenshots showing the issue in a clean environment (no other mods installed).
7. Limitation of Responsibility
In no event shall BIGFIST be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability under this warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or (at our sole discretion) credit for the defective digital good.
